- 3 eggs
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup sweet milk
- flour – enough to make a stiff dough for rolling (2 1/2 cups self rising flour, omit baking powder)
Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with the milk. Mix in vanilla.
Roll very thin. Cut into desired shapes.
Bake quickly in moderate oven – 350°
