For 1 Pie:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 sticks oleo
  • 2 Tbsp corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 – 1 Tbsp vanilla

For 5 Pies:

  • 24 eggs
  • 9 cups sugar
  • 6 sticks butter or oleo
  • 3/4 cup corn meal
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp vanilla

Mix in order given. Bake at 350° till brown, then cut back to 250° till done, approximately 1 hour.
