Curried Shrimp

Blend:

  • 1/4 cup butter or oleo
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of paprika
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder

Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups milk. Cook till thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add:

  • 3 Tbsp catsup
  • 1/4 cup cooking sherry
  • 1 1/2 cup whole cleaned shrimp

Serve over cooked hot rice.
