Fried Shrimp Batter

Mix together:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup evaporated mix
  • 3 cups cold water

Dip each shrimp in this batter; then in 1 cup flour. Dip in egg batter again and roll in 3 cups bread crumbs.

Fry in deep fat, 375°, for 3-4 minutes. Season shrimp generously with salt, black and red pepper before dipping in batter.
