Using a heavy pot, saute till wilted in 1/4 lb oleo or 1/2 cup oil:
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 lb white crabmeat
- salt, black and red pepper to taste
Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, stir constantly.
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion tops & parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 4 stale hamburger buns or 6 slices stale bread which has been soaked in 3 3 eggs and 1 cup Pet milk
Mix well. Stuff crab shells with the mixture, using artificial shells. Sprinkle tops of stuffed crabs with bread crumbs and bake in 375° oven 10 minutes or till brown.
Stuffs 12 shells.
