Stuffed Crabs

Using a heavy pot, saute till wilted in 1/4 lb oleo or 1/2 cup oil:

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 lb white crabmeat
  • salt, black and red pepper to taste

Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, stir constantly.


  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion tops & parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 4 stale hamburger buns or 6 slices stale bread which has been soaked in 3 3 eggs and 1 cup Pet milk

Mix well. Stuff crab shells with the mixture, using artificial shells. Sprinkle tops of stuffed crabs with bread crumbs and bake in 375° oven 10 minutes or till brown.

Stuffs 12 shells.
