Crab Delight

  • 2 Tbsp chopped peppers
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Crab meat, canned or frozen

Cook and serve in Toast baskets or pastry shells.

TOAST BASKETS:

Place 1 slice bread in each muffin cup and toast.
