- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 pod garlic, chopped fine
- 1 medium size onion, chopped fine
- 2 stalks tender celery, chopped
Saute and add to 2 lbs crab meat. Shrimp may be substituted.
- 2 raw eggs
- 3/4 – 1 cup bread crumbs
- salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste
Make balls about size of quarter. Roll in flour and fry in deep hot fat till golden brown.
These are real good for a cocktail or buffet party.
