- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
Saute till limp and add 2 pts. oysters, right from the jar. When they curl slightly add:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp tabasco
- 1 1/2 cups Italian style bread crumbs
Place in Chaffing dish for Cocktails, lunch or dinner.
Serves 12 for cocktails.
