Souper – Burgers

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 medium chopped onion

Brown in heavy iron skillet and add:

  • 1 can vegetable soup
  • 2 Tbsp catsup
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Simmer for about 10 minutes

Serve over hot buttered buns
