Hamburger Stroganoff

Brown:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 slices diced bacon

Add 1/2 cup chopped onions. Cook till tender, but to not brown; drain off excess fat.

Add:

  • 3/4 tap salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Cook 20 minutes. Then stir in 1 cup sour cream and heat through; do not boil.

Serve over hot buttered noodles, cooked.
