Corned Beef Hash

Brown 3 Tbsp flour in 3 Tbsp hot fat; then to make a thin gravy, add 2 cups meat stock.

Season to taste with :

  • salt
  • pepper
  • accent

Add in:

  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 medium chopped potato
  • 1 can corned beef

Simmer gently till vegetables are tender.
