Mexican Hash

  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups beef stock

Cook till tender. Chop 3 cups boiled tender beef in bite size pieces and add:

  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 bottle catsup
  • 1 package spaghetti, cooked
  • Salt and Pepper

Mix together and put in baking dish and sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Bake in medium oven, 375°, till brown.
