Skillet Meal

In 3 Tbsp oleo, melted in skillet, brown 3 lbs round steak, seasoned with:

  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika
  • flour

Tenderize and cut in 1/2″ pieces. Brown and remove from skillet.


  • 6 carrots, cut in strips
  • 8 – 12 celery stalks, cut in strips
  • 6 small whole onions

Let saute a little. Then add:

  • 4 – 5 whole pepper corns
  • 1 can Beef Boulon, undiluted

Push vegetables to side and add the browned steak. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.


  • 6 capers
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Commercial Sour Cream, mixed with a little of flour and juice

Let simmer 15 minutes more.

Meal for 6
