Ham Loaf

Mrs. Ruth B. Dykes
Crockett, Tex. #207 OES

Have butcher grind:

  • 1 lb cured ham
  • 1/2 lb pork ham

To this, add:

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, not beaten
  • 1 cup coffee cream

Shape into loaf and bake 1 hour (using pan of water under). Just before done, cover with pineapple slices.
