Ham Loaf

Ground together at store:

  • 3 lbs lean pork
  • 1 1/2 lbs smoked ham

Add:

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups corn flakes crumbs

Mix all together and form into 2 loaves.

Serve with:

MUSTARD SAUCE:

Day before serving this loaf, mix:

  • 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cups dry mustard

Chill overnight. Next day add:

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • dash of salt

Cook in double boiler, stirring till is thick. Mix with equal parts mayonnaise.

Serve over the Ham Loaf.
