Ham and Egg Pie

  • 6 medium slices cured Ham, boiled till tender and put in medium size pan
  • Drop in 6 eggs, 1 at a time, space about in the pan
  • add salt and pepper to taste

Use canned biscuits or pastry of your choice; roll pastry thin; cut about 1″ squares, drop into Ham & eggs, submerging  into the juice. Criss-cross with narrow strips of pastry on top. Put 1/4 stick oleo or butter and pepper on top. Bake slow till golden brown, about 400 degree oven.
