Chicken-Rice Casserole

Mix together:

  • 2 cups boned chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 hard cooked eggs.

Sprinkle crushed Rice Chex on top and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
