Chicken Ravioli

Saute:

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 stalk chopped celery (optional)
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped (optional)

Add:

  • 1 small jar pimento, sliced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Mushrooms, optional
  • 1 canned chicken, deboned

Then add 1 package noodles, cooked in chicken broth. Over all this, sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese and bake in oven 10-15 minutes.

Above ingredients may also be combined in casserole dish or may be placed in layers, using 1/2 of each ingredients at a time, alternating till all used up. Pour 1/2 can of the broth or more from the canned chicken.

Bake at 350° for 45 – 60 minutes. Then top with  grated cheese.
