Chicken Delight

In 2 Tbsp oleo, brown:

  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Then add in and stir well 1 can Mushroom soup


  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sweet milk
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 jar small stuffed olives, sliced

Mix well and add:

  • 2 cups chicken pieces, cooked and cut up
  • 2 cups wide egg noodles, cooked and drained

Pour into casserole and sprinkle with:

  • Parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes at 350°
