1 fryer, cup up, placed in casserole dish; seasoned with salt and pepper.
Add layer of:
- Thinly sliced Irish potatoes (2 medium)
- Thinly sliced carrots (2)
- Onion slices (1 medium)
- 1 can English peas, drained
- May need sprinkling of more salt and pepper
Add 1 -2 cans either Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup.
Bake for 2 hours at 350° or till well done. May be covered with foil, or not, as you desire.
