Baked Chicken

  • 1 large Fryer, cut down back
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

Sprinkle with flour. Put in foil-lined pan and add 1/2 cup water in foil. Over chicken, dot 1/2 stick oleo. Then sprinkle juice of 1 lemon over chicken.

Fold foil closely around chicken. Then add 1 cup water in pan on outside of foil. Bake slow for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
