Chicken Spaghetti

1 Hen, boiled & chipped. Remove chicken from broth and in broth boil 2 boxes spaghetti; drain.

Add together and cook:

  • 4 Tbsp broth
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 4 small buttons garlic, chopped


  • 1 can English peas
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 4 small cans mushrooms

Cook 10 minutes or till done. Then add in the cooked spaghetti & chicken. Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Do not have too dry. Use more broth as needed.
