Chicken Sauce Piquante

  • Basic Sauce (found in Seafood section); if thicker sauce is desired, make Roux with 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cans tomato paste

Cook with Basic Sauce very thoroughly, Then add 2 (2 1/2 – 3 lb) chickens, cut in pieces. Cook till tender.

Serve with cooked rice or spaghetti.
