Chicken Mold

Combine:

  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup   chopped chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimentos,

Simmer 30 minutes.  Over low flame, melt 1/2 cup butter. Gradually add 1/2 cup flour; stir constantly till it forms smooth paste. Add to other mixture & stir till it thickens. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serves 8
