Italian Chicken

  • 1 hen, boiled and cut up

In cooking oil or oleo, brown:

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped stuffed olives

Add:

  • 1/2 cup broth from hen
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • juice of 3 lemons

Cook 3 (1/2 lg.) pkgs, Noodles in chicken broth & add to above mixture.

Add: 1 small can Pimento & the chopped cooked chicken.

Sprinkle Cheese over top & stir gently.
