Chicken Curry

3 Tbsp butter, in which saute 1/2 cup onion

Add:

  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup broth
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 can chicken
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups (2 8 oz) Mushrooms

Cook a little while. Serve warm over 2 cups Rice, cooked.
