Disjoint Fryer and place pieces skin side up in baking dish and spoon Barbecue Sauce over to coat well. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or till tender. About 3/4 of cooking time, turn pieces over so may be browned on both sides.
- 2 family size bottles Catsup
- 1 lg bottle Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp grated Onion
Simmer 15 minutes 10 Bay leaves in 3 cups water. Then add 1 Tbsp Sage and steep for 15 minutes.
Strain Herb water and add to above Catsup mixture. Season with salt, pepper and Accent to taste. (For a sweet sauce, add 1/4 cup sugar to mixture.)
Keeps well for several weeks in ice box.
