2 small bottles Green Cherries, drained and soaked overnight in – 3/4 cup Creme de Menthe.
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened and add Reserved Creme de Menthe. Fold in cherries and 20 macaroons, crumbled.
1/2 cup lightly toasted pecans, chopped. Place in freezer trays and freeze overnight or till hard.
