Chocolate Ice Cream

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa

Mix  and add 1 can evaporated milk. Pour into freezer and add:

  • 3 cans evaporated milk
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla
  • enough milk to finish filling container to 3/4 full (skim milk may be used)

The secret is the 2 Tbsp vanilla
