Easy Apple Crumble

  1. 2 large apples, peeled and pared, place in greased shallow pan
  2. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown sugar
  3. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  4. Over this dribble 1/2 stick melted butter

Bake at 350° until the apples are tender. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
