Apple Strudel

Grease an 8 x 10 x 2″ pan well with butter. Pour in a layer of Canned Apples, sweetened with 3/4 cup sugar. Then mix together:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Add in 1 egg, beaten and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbled mixture over fruit and dot with 2 Tbsp butter.

Bake at 350° for 30 – 40 minutes or until brown.  Serve warm with cream.
