Apple Crisp

5 – 6 sliced apples, placed in greased pan (canned apples may be substituted). With fork, mix:

  • 1/2 – 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 unbeaten egg

Sprinkle over apples and cover with 1/3 cup melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake 30 – 40 minutes at 350°.
