  • 6 cups pecans
  • 1 pound candied pineapple
  • 1 pound candied cherries
  • 1 pound white raisins

Chip fruit and coat with 3 1/2 cups flour to which add:

  • 3 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 1 tsp Salt

Cream together and add:

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Add and beat in well:

  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp rum flavoring
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup wine or whiskey

Mix altogether well. Drop with teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 12 minutes.
