Butterscotch Snacks

  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup (6 oz package) butterscotch pieces
  • 1/3 cup butter or oleo

Melt together; stir often. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup each of quick-cooking rolled oats and chopped pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
