Brownie Drop

Melt together over hot water:

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 bars Baker’s German Chocolate

Stir then cool.

Meanwhile, beat 2 eggs until foamy and add 3/4 cup sugar (2 Tbsp at a time), beat till thick, 5 minutes with an electric mixer. Blend in Chocolate mixture.

Add:

  • 1/4 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Blend and then stir in:

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4  cup chopped nuts

Drop by teaspoon onto a GREASED sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350°) until they feel “set” when lightly touched, about 8-10 minutes.
