Pecan Fudge

Mrs. Sam Bass

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick butter (not oleo)
  • 1/4 cup Karo

Put in saucepan and while reaching boiling state, put in a pan and brown 1 cup sugar. Then add to boiling mixture. Cook until forms a soft ball in water, then beat until begins to thicken,

Add 1 quart pecans and beat until is ready to pour on greased platter.
