Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk (as Pet)

Mix in saucepan and cook over high heat until a drop in cold water forms hard ball or until reaches 234° on candy thermometer.


  • 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Cook until sides of pan can be touched with your hand. Beat vigorously until candy loses shine and starts to thicken. Pour into buttered dish. Let cool and cut in squares.
