Vanilla Wafer Cake

Cream 1 cup oleo or butter. Add 2 cups sugar. Beat till smooth.

Add 6 whole eggs, 1 at a time, beat well after each.

Add 1 (14 oz) package Jack’s vanilla wafers, crushed  alternately with 1/2 cup milk

Add:

  • 1 (7 oz) package flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 275 – 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
