Apricot – Lemon Cake

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 3/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar; beat by hand till smooth
  • add – 4 eggs, 1 at a time

Bake in tube pan at 300-325° for about 1 hour.
