Pancakes

Mrs. Russell Adams

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp melted shortening

Combine and add:

  • 3 cups sifted flour into which sift
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder

Beat smooth. Bake on ungreased griddle. Makes 12 -15 pancakes.
