Mrs. Russell Adams

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder, sifted together

With pastry blender or knives, cut in –

  • 2 heaping Tbsp lard

Add enough buttermilk to make sticky dough.  Work out on well floured board, roll out,  cut and bake.
