- 1 (18 1/2 oz) package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup Borden dairy fresh or canned eggnog
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp rum extract
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 3 well-greased 8 inch pans. Bake 20 minutes. Prepare cream cheese frosting.
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened until fluffy
- 1 pound package powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 1/2 tsp eggnog
Beat powdered sugar in with cream cheese until fluffy; add eggnog.
