Pecan Puffs

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup ground pecans
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and nuts. Work in flour. Form into walnut size balls and place on ungreased pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven immediately. Roll puffs in powdered sugar. Cool and roll again. Bakes 3 dozen puffs.
