Banana Pudding

  • 6 ripe sliced bananas
  • 1 can cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large bag vanilla wafers
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch or flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla flavor
  • 4 slices of light bread (in cubes)

Mix cream egg yolks and sugar in a boiler. Cook until it comes to a full boil. Instantly add the mixture of flour, cornstarch and sugar which you mixed in a small bowl with water. Pick a bowl large enough to layer a layer of cookies, layer of bananas and layer of bread. After the first mixture has thickened, pour over your layers in the bowl. After the pudding cools, add the kind of topping you like.

Option: Cut up one ripe banana in your mixture of cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
