Baked Beans

Serves 40 People

  • 12 (16 oz) cans pork and beans
  • 1 large bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup hot green peppers
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup barbecue hickory smoke sauce

Open beans; pour in large roaster. Mix other ingredients with the beans. Cook in 300° oven for 1 hour. Do not cover the roaster. Stir beans every 15 minutes. This serves 40 people, very good servings on take out plates
