Serves 40 People
- 12 (16 oz) cans pork and beans
- 1 large bell peppers
- 1/2 cup hot green peppers
- salt and black pepper to taste
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup barbecue hickory smoke sauce
Open beans; pour in large roaster. Mix other ingredients with the beans. Cook in 300° oven for 1 hour. Do not cover the roaster. Stir beans every 15 minutes. This serves 40 people, very good servings on take out plates
