Deviled Egg Balls

  • 2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • dash of pepper

Blend all together. Form into balls or egg shapes. Roll in – about 1/4 cup mayonnaise, less the 2 Tbsp. then in – grated American cheese, and finally in – 3-4 sprigs parsley, chopped, less the Tbsp.

Wrap in wax paper or place in a covered refrigerator dish. Chill – till ready to serve.

4 – 6 egg balls.
