Broccoli-Rice Casserole

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 package frozen broccoli
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp oleo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz) jar Cheez Whiz
  • Bacon crumbs

Stir rice and broccoli together. Saute onion and celery in butter; add chicken soup and Cheez Whiz. Mix all together and place in baking dish. Sprinkle bacon crumbs over top and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. (Broccoli can be cut down to 1 package if desired.)
