Rice Broccoli Casserole

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp oleo
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz) small can mushrooms
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 (or more) c. cooked rice

Saute onions, celery and broccoli in oleo until tender. Add everything else but rice and mix. Add rice. Bake in greased casserole dish for 20 minutes or until set, in 375° oven. Broccoli cuts may be used if you can’t find chopped
