Pimento Cheese

  • 1 1/2 pound cheese, grated fine
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (3 ounce) jars pimento, drained and mashed
  • Mayonnaise to moisten
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix in order given until desired consistency is reached. Cover and Refrigerate.
