Chicken Delight

  • 1 large fryer
  • 1 cup green onions
  • 1 cup white onions
  • 1 cup rice (white or yellow)
  • Chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Boil fryer, bone and cut into bite size pieces. Prepare rice as usual, except cook in the chicken broth, adding onions after broth begins to boil. Just before rice is completely done, add chicken. Cover and let set 20 to 30 minutes. The green onions give this dish a great flavor.
